      EPE Foam Coating Machine is used to coat PE film or Aluminum foil onto the surface of EPE foam sheet, adopting hot conduct oil heating roller, stable and reliable. The finished product can be widely used in many fields, like insulation, floor underlayer, picnic mat, moisture-proof mat, etc.

1--Rack is 8#  welded channel。

2--The whole laminating machine divided into host and separate winder

3--The surface of embossing roller spray tetrafluoroethylene non-stick layer, and the pattern made according to customer’s requirements

4--For safety, the machine pluses infrared detection device, if abnormal, embossing roller and rubber roller will be automatically separated.

5--For easy operation, it has a button control laminating before and after the machine!

6--In addition, the machine is equipped with a cutter device

7--The whole heating power is 9.5KW (with temperature control)

8--The machine is equipped with a meter device
